Preschool to Primary aged children during the Sunday morning church service. Stories, drama, games, crafts. Any one is very welcome
From time to time courses are offered at Sunset Rock that tackle a variety of issues relating to life. Keep an eye on the events calendar for upcoming events.
Healing rooms provide a loving, safe, confidential environment where you can come to receive healing prayer from a team of Christians. Jesus Christ does the healing. There is no charge and no appointment necessary.
Some people are healed instantly by miraculous touch from God. Others receive their healing progressively over a period of days, weeks or months. We are committed to pray for a person as long as it takes. We pray for physical healing and emotional healing to complete the person (spirit, body and soul).
Read some of the healing testimonies here.

Cooking at the Rock (C@TR)
Meeting fortnightly on a Friday, this is an opportunity for people who are experiencing depression or anxiety to enjoy a time of cooking and sharing a meal together. Great times are had and friendships formed. It is in partnership with 3 local churches under the Mount Barker Mental Health banner (SHARE – Doing Life Together). Men at Work
This is a free service available to members of our Church or Girls Day Out. If you experience a time of need or know of someone in a situation where ‘Men At Work’ can relieve some of the stress, then we are willing to provide help if we can. Some of the types of jobs we do are garden clean-up, gutter cleaning, tap washer replacement, small carpentry type mending jobs, light bulb replacement, etc.
We do not do jobs such as electrical work, plumbing or any jobs which by law require licensed trades people.
Contact either Alan on 8339 2630 or email for any enquiries.
We meet every Wednesday at 7am during school terms at the Sunset Rock Uniting Church for a simple breakfast but do have a ‘cook-up’ once per month. It is open to anyone and it is just a time of sharing between men to get to know each other better, discuss matters of mutual interest and also includes a time of prayer. Contact Alan on (08) 8339 2630 or email.
Looking for a SCAM that can get you a night out with the boys? Well this is it. Stirling Cinematic Appreciation Men’s Society meets whenever there is a suitable bloke’s movie to watch.
The rules for movie selection are that it will be a movie that we wouldn’t go to see with our wives & that it should preferably have a one word title (apparently our attention span won’t allow a longer title).
The quality of the movie viewed is therefore not guaranteed, but the company afterwards over a pizza makes up for it. Great night of fun for the guys. Contact Barry
